At OpenForm.in, we strive to deliver transparent and reliable services for all our users — including students, institutions, and training partners.
This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for payments made on our platform.

By making a payment on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all payments made through OpenForm.in, operated by Atharv Media, for services such as:

  • Online form registration
  • Admission processing
  • Subscription to institutional plans
  • Training or certification course fees

2. Service Nature

OpenForm.in provides digital services, including form submission, admission processing, and data management tools.
Once a digital service or registration form is activated, it is considered delivered and cannot be reversed.
Hence, cancellation or refund is not applicable once the service has started or data has been submitted.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their registration or form submission only before final confirmation or payment verification by the respective institution.
  • Once the form or service has been approved, verified, or activated, no cancellation request will be accepted.
  • If any user initiates a cancellation request within 24 hours of payment and before activation, it will be reviewed manually by the OpenForm.in support team.

Note: Cancellation is subject to administrative review and approval. Service charges or payment gateway fees may be deducted.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the following guidelines:

A. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be initiated under the following circumstances:

  • Double payment or duplicate transaction
  • Payment made but service not activated due to a technical error
  • Payment deducted but not received in our system (payment failure)

B. Non-Refundable Payments

Refunds will not be provided in cases where:

  • The form/service has already been used or activated
  • Incorrect details are entered by the user
  • The institution has already verified or processed the form
  • The user changes their decision after availing the service

C. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, users must contact support@openform.in with transaction details (payment ID, UTR number, date, amount, and registered email/mobile number).
  • Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment source.
  • Refunds will be made only through online mode; no cash refunds will be entertained.

5. Payment Gateway Fees

In case of refund, the payment gateway charges and transaction processing fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount, as per the payment partner’s policy.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes regarding payments, cancellations, or refunds:

  • The user may contact our support team at support@openform.in
  • All disputes will be reviewed fairly by our accounts team
  • The decision taken by Atharv Media / OpenForm.in will be final and binding

7. Institutional Refunds

If payment is made for a specific institution via OpenForm.in, and refund is applicable, it will be processed in consultation with that respective institution.
OpenForm.in acts only as a technology platform and does not hold responsibility for institution-level refund decisions.

We may revise or update this policy from time to time.
All changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
